Scotiabank is looking for an Analyst, Data Management to manage and analyze data that supports critical business decisions. You will work on ensuring data quality and delivering data-driven insights across the organization.

What You'll Do

Manage and analyze data to support business decisions.
Ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
Develop and implement data management processes and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Create reports and dashboards to visualize data for stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for data process improvements and automation.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with data management tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
