Requirements
- An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred. (in process)
- Strong business acumen, judgment, critical thinking, and time management skills. Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain cooperation from clients and colleagues
- Basic understanding of the capital markets business and knowledge of the end-to-end workflows among the Front, Middle, and Back Office
- Demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, responsiveness, accountability, and ownership.
- Quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
- Written and verbal proficiency in English is mandatory
- Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (Advanced)(must have), Access(nice to have), PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint (including integration with Access or databases).(must have).
- Experience visualization data and Reporting Data. (must have). Min 6 months (internship)
- Soft skills: Attention to details, autonomy (independent).
