Grupo Bancolombia is hiring an Analyst, Client Services to join the Vice Presidency of Services for Clients and Employees (VSCE). In this role, you will be responsible for generating and implementing tools for analysis and decision-making in resource management. Your work will directly support strategic goals through process automation and financial modeling.
What You'll Do
- Generate and implement tools that facilitate analysis and decision-making around the management of resources assigned to the Vice Presidency of Services for Clients and Employees.
- Generate innovative, quickly applicable actions related to the administration of resources assigned to the VSCE, such as designing and automating reports and mobilizing VSCE teams.
- Load consolidated data of projected accounts by the expense facilitator for the expense report.
- Work jointly with the financial VP on analytical projection models.
- Generate reports that allow us to create alerts and manage compliance gaps according to established organizational goals and indicators.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups and support to management teams across all Vice Presidencies, promoting savings and productivity strategies for economic resources.
- Design, implement, and evolve the required flows within the VSCE for the approval of structure-related topics.
What We're Looking For
- A valid disability certificate.
- Graduate professional in business administration, public accounting, economics, financial engineering, and/or related fields in the financial sector.

You'll be part of the Vice Presidency of Services for Clients and Employees (VSCE), working closely with financial leadership and management teams across the organization.
Work Mode
This position operates on-site in one of our office locations: Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, or Cali.
