Workday is looking for a Claims Analyst for a temporary 12-month position. In this role, you will assist with estimates and investigations for claims settlements, with a focus on major, complex, suspicious, and fraudulent claims.
What You'll Do
- Assist with estimates and investigations for claims settlements.
- Estimate damages and ensure quotes from independent experts comply with organization standards for major claims.
- Investigate complex suspicious and fraudulent claims.
- Limit damage, review provider estimates, and recommend courses of action based on procedures and quality standards.
- Analyze circumstances surrounding claims to gather relevant information for investigation.
- Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
- Suggest ways to improve processes, methods, and tools to optimize service quality and loss ratios.
- Help develop and oversee competency plans to provide an unparalleled client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of French is required.
