CVS Health is hiring an Analyst, Business Analytics (Conversion) to support the Medicare organization and Stars program within the Aetna business unit. In this role, you will focus on data collection, reporting, and application support to generate insights and address complex business problems related to Medicare Stars ratings.
What You'll Do
- Assist in organizing and documenting campaign and governance meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and action item tracking.
- Help gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into structured documentation or user stories.
- Research, review, and analyze source data to support different initiatives.
- Explore and validate data within SQL Server and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments to support business requirements and reporting needs.
- Assist in documenting data flows, dependencies, and quality checks for Medicare Stars-related datasets.
- Collaborate with others to support release planning, testing coordination, and production readiness.
What We're Looking For
- Meeting educational requirements (major, minor or concentration relevant to the position such as Business Analytics, MIS, Data Analytics, or any other data-driven field).
- SQL skills.
- Must have successfully completed a corporate internship program.
