  • Collaborate with design architects to propose optimized circuit architectures balancing area, power, and performance.
  • Translate system specifications into detailed electrical schematics.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans, including PVT analysis, statistical assessments, ESD/EMC evaluation, and post-layout simulations.
  • Ensure proper circuit routing by reviewing layout implementations.
  • Support laboratory debugging and product validation, contributing to final qualification and release readiness.
  • Engage with cross-functional technical teams to ensure project success.
  • Advance technical expertise and grow into roles with broader project or technical leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Within a project team, you will be in charge of the design of analog or mixed signal blocks for battery management circuits from architecture to qualification.
  • You will work in close partnership with Design Architects and thanks to your strong analog design background, you will be able to propose an optimal architecture in term of area, power consumption and performance.
  • You will have the responsibility of translating a specification into an electrical schematic.
  • You will create and complete the verification plan of your circuit (PVT, statistical, ESD/EMC & post layout simulations).
  • You will validate the routing of your circuit at the layout stage.
  • You will participate to the product debug & validation at lab, and support the qualification up to the product release.
  • To be able to fulfill your missions, you are able to rely on a strong collaboration within the Design group but also from all the other technical groups within NXP.
