Bunge is looking for an Analista de Controle Comercial to join our global team. In this onsite role based in Luis Eduardo Magalhães - BA, you will be responsible for documentary support and the control of commercial and FRM contracts, ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests.
What You'll Do
- Support data entry into systems and prepare contracts and other necessary documents for commercial negotiations.
- Monitor contractual negotiations and review amendments or addendums to protect the company's interests.
- Execute the complete documentary process (start, middle, and end) for contracts, including approvals, documentation control, system entry, and monitoring of payments and guarantees.
- Support the monitoring of FRM contracts, involving addendums, profit and loss letters, structure rollovers, and definitive fixes.
- Support the monitoring of guarantees established for contracts, evaluating documentation and environmental and credit requirements.
- Prepare procedures for contract closure, verifying and resolving physical, fiscal, financial, and guarantee pending items.
- Prepare documentation related to the advance of funds for crop financing (ATF) for grain suppliers.
- Participate in internal and external audits by presenting required documents.
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher education or currently studying: Law, Agribusiness, Agronomy, Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics or related fields.
- Knowledge in reading and analyzing CPRs (Cédula de Produto Rural), pledge processes, and real estate registration certificates.
- Notion or experience with producer acquisition and payment processes.
- Knowledge of the agribusiness sector, including products and their value chains.
- Knowledge of the financial particularities of agribusiness.

- Experience in trade: Experience in trading companies or related to agricultural commodity commerce.
