Hadley Designs is hiring an Amazon Product Specialist to take full ownership of a multi-million dollar product portfolio on Amazon. You will be responsible for driving its growth and profitability, mastering our optimization playbook, revitalizing legacy products, and pitching new product expansions to dominate the category.
What You'll Do
- Drive sustainable growth through smart sales, pricing, and advertising strategies.
- Optimize product performance using data to tweak positioning, pricing, and promotions.
- Pitch high-potential product expansions backed by market research.
- Revive legacy products to maintain profitability and relevance.
- Manage inventory to meet demand, avoid fees, and keep it lean.
- Analyze sales and marketplace data weekly to inform strategy.
- Run PPC campaigns and keyword strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Supply Chain).
- Revamp listings, test pricing, and tweak ads for top profitability.
- Scout market trends, audit competitors, and brainstorm growth hacks.
- Build SOPs and processes to keep the category running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience owning an Amazon category, with responsibility for sales, profits, and growth.
- Proven experience scaling winning portfolios, as a former brand owner or e-commerce veteran.
- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central: PPC, keyword ranking, and competitive analysis.
- Data-driven, able to turn numbers into winning strategies.
- Skilled in inventory management, forecasting demand, and cutting costs.
- A coachable team player, eager to learn and execute.
- Hungry to achieve results, glued to trends, and relentless.
