About the Role

Shape the growth trajectory of established 7- and 8-figure Amazon brands in a role built for operators who thrive on data, execution, and measurable impact. You’ll lead performance across advertising, organic visibility, and unit economics, working directly with internal experts and client teams to meet ambitious financial goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full lifecycle Amazon PPC campaigns—from structure and bidding to optimization and waste reduction—using defined processes to improve ROAS.
  • Analyze search query data to uncover keyword opportunities and strengthen organic positioning.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and grouping to inform both paid and organic strategies.
  • Refine product listings by enhancing titles, bullet points, and A+ content for conversion and discoverability.
  • Align paid search strategy with organic growth objectives to maximize visibility.
  • Test and refine pricing, promotions, bundles, and coupons to improve conversion while preserving margin.
  • Plan and execute promotional events to boost ranking velocity.
  • Review and enhance brand-level P&Ls, focusing on contribution margin health.
  • Optimize advertising spend and reduce unnecessary fees within Amazon’s ecosystem.
  • Coordinate inventory planning, restocking timelines, and supply chain risk mitigation.
  • Resolve foundational catalog issues like suppressed listings, variation hierarchies, and browse node accuracy.
  • Use tools like DataDive and Helium10 to benchmark competitors and identify keyword gaps.
  • Deliver weekly performance summaries and actionable plans grounded in competitive intelligence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5+ years of direct experience managing or consulting for Amazon brands generating at least $3M in annual sales.
  • Proven mastery of Amazon’s advertising engine, search query performance, keyword dynamics, and organic ranking systems.
  • Strong analytical foundation with fluency in P&L interpretation and margin analysis.
  • Track record of improving ACOS, conversion rates, and organic rank through integrated strategies.
  • Proficiency with Helium10 (Cerebro, Keyword Tracker), DataDive, and Sellerboard or comparable financial tools.
  • Clear communicator with a self-driven approach, comfortable in fast-moving remote environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience operating across multiple Amazon marketplaces including US, UK, and EU.
  • Background in creative testing, image optimization, and content experimentation.
  • Understanding of variation strategies, including when to merge or split SKUs and manage parent-child structures.
