HireHawk is hiring an Amazon Operations Specialist (Remote) | Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (content, images, variations)
  • Monitor account health, suppressions, and performance notifications
  • Coordinate inventory updates and resolve stranded inventory issues
  • Execute promotions, coupons, and pricing updates
  • Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion, buy box, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong understanding of Amazon listing structure and backend operations
  • Experience troubleshooting listing or compliance issues
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple SKUs

Nice to Have

  • Experience in DTC or apparel brand
