Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (content, images, variations)
- Monitor account health, suppressions, and performance notifications
- Coordinate inventory updates and resolve stranded inventory issues
- Execute promotions, coupons, and pricing updates
- Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion, buy box, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing structure and backend operations
- Experience troubleshooting listing or compliance issues
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple SKUs
