Italic is hiring an Amazon Manager to oversee the growth and success of our Amazon channel. You will create and execute a cohesive strategy for listing optimization, advertising, and customer engagement, driving performance in a key market.
What You'll Do
- Analyze the psychology of our target customers: quality-conscious, style-forward women and men.
- Research product features, benefits, and differentiators to craft attention-grabbing messaging.
- Evaluate competitors and industry trends in concept, style, and functionality.
- Maintain a reference library of competitive ads, UGC, videos, and social assets.
- Collaborate with SEO and growth teams to optimize product listings.
- Use keyword research to enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
- Analyze data and recommend changes to improve visibility and conversion.
- Plan and execute Amazon campaigns including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics like CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Leverage data insights to iterate and improve ad performance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviews.
- Use customer feedback to guide product and service improvements.
- Partner with Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a data-first mindset.
