The Quality Group GmbH is looking for an Amazon Advertising Manager (gn) DSP to take full ownership of the Amazon marketing funnel, with a core focus on programmatic campaigns via Amazon DSP. You will develop data-driven media and funnel strategies for international marketplaces and contribute to our mission to rethink nutrition.
What You'll Do
- Strategically and operationally manage the entire Amazon marketing funnel, focusing on managing, optimizing, and scaling Amazon DSP campaigns on national and international marketplaces.
- Plan, create, and optimize programmatic campaigns via Amazon DSP, including audience conception, frequency strategies, inventory selection, and creative testing, including Prime Video and Fire TV campaigns.
- Operationally manage all relevant campaign processes, from budget allocation and bid optimization to the setup and analysis of Retail Media and programmatic placements, including Prime Video and Fire TV placements.
- Conduct detailed performance and attribution analyses, specifically using data from the Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to derive precise insights along the customer journey.
- Develop data-based recommendations for cross-channel media and funnel strategies and present them confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
- Use tools like PACVUE to efficiently monitor, automate, and optimize campaigns.
- Create structured reports and dashboards, implement complex data models in Excel (including Pivot), and ensure continuous development of DSP and AMC setups.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed university degree in Marketing, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or comparable qualification.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Advertising.
- At least 1–2 years of verifiable experience in actively managing Amazon DSP campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of using the Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), including interpreting query results and creating own analyses.
- Proficient in tools like PACVUE, AMC dashboards, DSP bulk sheets, or comparable platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and experience handling complex campaign and data structures.
- Experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights and strategies appropriately to the audience.
- Structured and autonomous way of working, with an interest in programmatic advertising, Retail Media, and data-driven marketing.
- Fluent in German and English.
