Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with financial advisors and institutions
- Manage a portfolio of existing distribution partners across the region
- Conduct regular field meetings to present investment offerings and strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor materials for regional needs
- Provide market feedback to headquarters on client preferences and trends
- Support RFP and due diligence processes for institutional clients
- Coordinate regional events and educational seminars for advisors
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
- Track and report on sales activity and pipeline development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all client interactions
- Serve as primary point of contact for partner inquiries and onboarding
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain best practices
- Develop quarterly business plans aligned with national goals
- Leverage CRM tools to manage client interactions and follow-ups
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of alternative investment products
- Deliver training sessions to advisor networks on product features
- Analyze client data to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Support national sales campaigns with localized messaging
- Build relationships with home office personnel at broker-dealers
- Facilitate communication between advisors and investment operations
- Respond to requests for performance data and product details
- Advocate for client needs within internal product development discussions
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities
- Drive adoption of digital platforms among distribution partners
