Responsibilities

  • Execute launch marketing plans for new De Novo locations, including website builds, paid media campaigns, and print and digital asset creation.
  • Social media strategy to drive local awareness for PriorityPet Urgent Care (PPUC); manage and execute ongoing content calendars for each location in partnership with the ER/UC Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Develop and maintain De Novo marketing playbooks, including grassroots marketing tactics, social media guidelines, and launch best practices.
  • Partner with the Practice to complete pre-opening marketing-related tasks
  • Coordinate pre-opening photo and video shoots, ensuring assets align with brand standards and support marketing needs.
  • Support community engagement through planning and executing local events, sponsorships, and outreach activities.
  • Establish the digital footprint for new locations, including setup of social media accounts, Google My Business profiles, Nextdoor listings, CallRail tracking, domains, and email configurations (in collaboration with IT).
  • Manage paid media execution and creative versioning to drive local traffic and conversions for Priority Pet Urgent Care.
  • Oversee signage and exterior graphics, ensuring consistency with brand identity and timely installation for openings.
  • Support planning and execution of Open House, partnering closely with Project Manager to ensure deliver a high-impact event that drives local awareness and community engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in multi-location healthcare or retail environments.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional and grassroots channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, operations, and IT teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google My Business, CallRail, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
