Alliance Animal Health is hiring an Alliance Animal Health Marketing Specialist (De Novo) to play a critical role in the successful launch and early growth of new PriorityPet Urgent Care locations. This position leads the execution of integrated marketing initiatives, building local brand awareness and driving measurable performance from pre-opening through post-launch.
What You'll Do
- Execute launch marketing plans for new De Novo locations, including website builds, paid media campaigns, and print and digital asset creation.
- Develop and manage social media strategy to drive local awareness; manage and execute ongoing content calendars for each location.
- Develop and maintain De Novo marketing playbooks, including grassroots marketing tactics, social media guidelines, and launch best practices.
- Partner with the Practice to complete pre-opening marketing-related tasks.
- Coordinate pre-opening photo and video shoots, ensuring assets align with brand standards.
- Support community engagement through planning and executing local events, sponsorships, and outreach activities.
- Establish the digital footprint for new locations, including setup of social media accounts, Google My Business profiles, Nextdoor listings, CallRail tracking, domains, and email configurations.
- Manage paid media execution and creative versioning to drive local traffic and conversions.
- Oversee signage and exterior graphics, ensuring consistency with brand identity and timely installation for openings.
- Support planning and execution of Open House events, partnering closely with Project Manager to deliver a high-impact event.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional and grassroots channels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, operations, and IT teams.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google My Business, CallRail, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
