Backpack Healthcare is looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Economics to join our Network Operations & Performance team. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing and optimizing the financial and operational performance of our care networks.
What You'll Do
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within value-based care contracts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve network performance and achieve financial targets.
- Lead cross-functional projects to translate economic insights into actionable operational plans.
- Create and present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in healthcare economics, value-based care analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and clinical data sets.
- Experience working with healthcare performance metrics and value-based reimbursement models.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. While the team is distributed, this role is based out of our Arlington, VA office hub.
