Mashgin is seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team. This role involves providing expert technical support for our advanced self-checkout kiosks, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software issues, and ensuring our customers receive timely and effective solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide frontline technical support for Mashgin's self-checkout systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely
- Document support cases, solutions, and customer interactions clearly
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware and software
- Excellent communication skills for guiding users through problem resolution
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Self-motivated and able to manage a queue of support requests effectively
