Mashgin is seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team. This role involves providing expert technical support for our advanced self-checkout kiosks, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software issues, and ensuring our customers receive timely and effective solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide frontline technical support for Mashgin's self-checkout systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely
  • Document support cases, solutions, and customer interactions clearly
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware and software
  • Excellent communication skills for guiding users through problem resolution
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a queue of support requests effectively
