What You'll Do
Drive expansion in Sub-Saharan Africa by uncovering new markets and converting prospects into long-term clients. You’ll shape and implement sales strategies that align with global objectives, using market insights to guide decision-making.
Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders. Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate technical value, and lead negotiations to successful contract closures. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the electronic security industry or a closely related field
- Strong understanding of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems
- Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Proven ability to design and execute effective sales plans
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executives and technical experts alike
- Skilled in analyzing market trends and translating data into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as cloud platforms, IoT, and AI-driven analytics in security systems
- Capable of managing multiple priorities without compromising quality or timelines
