What You'll Do
Drive business development across Mexico by designing and executing strategic sales plans that align with market dynamics and company goals. Identify and onboard new distributors and partners, ensuring strong regional coverage in high-potential sectors. Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and improve outcomes. Lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and close agreements with clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction while managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in the electronic security sector or a closely related field
- Proven success in sales within the Mexican market, with a clear record of managing full-cycle deals
- Familiarity with access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies from concept to closure
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market data and customer behavior
- Excellent interpersonal and executive-level communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish speaker; English proficiency is an advantage
- Knowledge of modern security technologies, including cloud platforms, IoT integration, and AI-powered analytics
