Responsibilities
- Set up fixed-wing and rotary aircraft in the Traxxall System by accurately assigning Engine, APU, and Propeller models to enable proper task generation.
- Enroll maintenance tasks tied to components such as OC items and life-limited parts, including inspection packages, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
- Examine, transfer, and supervise maintenance records including logbooks, status reports, and history documents from operators, ensuring precision and correct mapping in the system.
- Analyze OEM manuals, Type Certificate Data Sheets, STCs, ADs, and SBs to define correct inspection intervals, task classifications, and system behaviors.
- Conduct mathematical computations using Traxxall tracking ratios and OEM-specific data to determine accurate due times for inspections, overhauls, and component replacements.
- Assess service bulletins and airworthiness directives for relevance to specific aircraft models and serial numbers during system enrollment.
- Validate all enrolled tasks to confirm correct requirements and intervals based on OEM documentation, ADs, SBs, and AMPs.
- Review AMP/AAIP documents and cross-check enrolled tasks for correct intervals and tolerance settings.
- Conduct audits of existing enrollments and report discrepancies such as task due date mismatches, interval conflicts, AD/SB applicability, compliance gaps, TSN/CSN errors, and OEM vs AMP inconsistencies via Quality Control Findings Reports.
- Perform foundational reviews for new aircraft models prior to system enrollment.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
