What You’ll Do
- Design and produce AI-generated video ads optimized for conversion on performance platforms like Meta.
- Use AI-powered tools for scriptwriting, voiceovers, animation, and editing to streamline production without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborate closely with creative and media buying teams to align content with campaign goals and scaling strategies.
- Analyze performance data to refine creative approaches and improve future output.
- Deliver polished, on-time video content that maintains brand consistency and high visual impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience creating video ads with measurable conversion success.
- Familiarity with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or similar ad platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools across the video creation pipeline.
- Strong grasp of key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, and especially conversion rate (CR).
- A portfolio showcasing AI-generated ad content that drove results.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
- Understanding of sales-focused content and digital advertising principles.
