Join Jobgether as our AI Technical Operations Lead, a strategic and hands-on role focused on driving AI adoption and operational excellence. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and integrating AI tools to solve business challenges and optimize workflows in our high-growth organization.

What You'll Do

Research, evaluate, and select AI tools and platforms based on functionality, security, scalability, and integration potential.
Lead cross-functional projects from discovery to deployment, including requirements gathering, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
Design and implement workflows leveraging AI to streamline operations and solve business challenges.
Integrate AI tools with existing systems, ensuring seamless adoption and technical efficiency.
Define, track, and report on KPIs and ROI for all AI initiatives to measure effectiveness and impact.
Train teams on AI tools, address challenges, and champion AI adoption across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in project management, business systems analysis, or operations-focused roles in technology-driven environments.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with familiarity across AI platforms, GenAI, RPA, LLMs, or data analysis tools.
Hands-on experience integrating software or tools with existing systems using APIs, webhooks, or low-code/no-code solutions.
Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate project ROI and performance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
Strong problem-solving ability, proactive mindset, and capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
