What You'll Do
Drive the organization-wide adoption of AI by collaborating with department leaders to pinpoint processes where intelligent automation can significantly improve performance. You'll analyze current workflows, establish performance baselines, and prioritize initiatives based on return on investment and practical feasibility.
Develop robust justifications for AI investments, outlining anticipated outcomes and risk considerations. Lead the full lifecycle of AI deployment in initial pilot areas, ensuring solutions are built into redesigned processes rather than applied superficially. Work across teams to support smooth implementation, user training, and ongoing operations.
Ensure all initiatives meet data protection and compliance standards. Define clear metrics—such as cost per unit, processing speed, accuracy, and labor efficiency—to evaluate impact. Build dashboards and reporting systems to monitor progress and demonstrate sustained improvements over time.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Create a reusable framework for assessing and rolling out AI capabilities, including governance policies, training resources, and responsible usage guidelines. Set up a formal process to collect and evaluate AI ideas company-wide, and guide expansion beyond the initial pilots as results are proven.
