Responsibilities

• Drive business development efforts such as client presentations, strategy formulation, and workload forecasting.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, working with client services and business development teams to grow accounts.
• Define measurable business goals, assign team tasks accordingly, and clearly convey the value and narrative of projects to stakeholders.
• Assess and explain how new data, conditions, or changes affect client environments or operational scenarios.
• Collaborate with executive-level clients to uncover high-impact AI use cases, design AI implementation roadmaps, and set up program oversight frameworks.
• Offer strategic guidance to both client and internal teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage large-scale client engagements, shape key decisions, and develop novel solutions that deliver sustained client benefits.
• Guide, supervise, and develop team members to achieve quantifiable performance outcomes.
• Structure AI initiatives around validated hypotheses linked to tangible business metrics like revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
