Jobgether is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflows that transform business operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and maintain AI tools, workflows, and integrations to support key business functions.
Collaborate with internal teams—including AI/ML, IT, and data—to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, from ideation to production deployment.
Develop, configure, and optimize AI tools using APIs, SDKs, or SaaS platforms.
Monitor usage, gather insights, and iterate on solutions to maximize efficiency and impact.
Create documentation, best practices, and training materials to support broader adoption.
Stay up to date with emerging AI platforms and evaluate their applicability to business needs.

What We're Looking For

3–4 years of experience in AI/ML solution development, technical solution delivery, or IT systems enablement.
Proficient in Python with hands-on experience using AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, Transformers, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience deploying AI solutions via APIs, SDKs, or SaaS platforms.
Skilled at translating business challenges into technical solutions and delivering AI projects end-to-end.
Familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) and tools like Google AI Studio or AWS Bedrock.
Strong communication and documentation skills for user training and stakeholder engagement.
Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance in AI implementations.
Ability to collaborate across teams and support adoption of AI tools.

Nice to Have

Master’s degree in Machine Learning, AI, or a related field may substitute for some experience.
Experience with modern data stacks, prompt engineering, MLOps practices, or additional programming languages is a plus.
