SSM Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Analytics Partner to collaborate with operations leaders and stakeholders, managing analytic solutions that address operational objectives and drive business impact. In this role, you will analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to provide scalable solutions and actionable insights that support our mission.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop or support analytics solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business.
- Obtain and maintain Epic certification in Clarity/Cogito/Caboodle as required for your area of focus.
- Develop and/or maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with your manager to track work in sprints, defining clear objectives with success criteria, or manage via Kanban.
- Develop and maintain code across multiple data platforms like SQL Server and Data Bricks to extract meaningful and accurate information from complex and massive data sets.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks, including user acceptance testing.
- Support continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and processes.
- Participate in relevant meetings for projects and knowledge sharing.
- May provide technical documentation and/or instruction to operation leaders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of relevant experience.
