Join Amgen Inc. for an internship where you will gain hands-on experience tackling real-world challenges in data science and artificial intelligence. You will directly contribute to projects that influence patient access and supply chain efficiency, using machine learning and generative AI to transform forecasting and data interaction.
What You'll Do
- Work on one of two high-impact projects: Forecasting Quotas with Machine Learning or Smart Dashboards with GenAI.
- Build a predictive model to recommend monthly production and distribution quotas based on historical data, regulatory timelines, and market behavior.
- Integrate ChatGPT into existing dashboards to enable natural language queries and real-time insights.
- Turn static reports into interactive, AI-powered tools for decision-makers across the supply chain.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s student or a Bachelor's degree holder with HBO completed.
- Experience with Python or R.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience working with unstructured data.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Background in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Computer Science.
- For the Smart Dashboards project: Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or RAG.
