About the Role

Ferguson Enterprises is looking for an Enterprise Data Operator to join our Ferguson Home team. You will be responsible for continuously adding new products to the FergusonHome.com site and updating product page content. Your core focus will be translating and manipulating project data accurately to meet quality standards and deadlines.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple data tasks within set deadlines, utilizing Excel, SQL, SharePoint, and product category knowledge.
  • Take on data tasks including new product adds, product enrichments, and overhauls.
  • Follow department standards so customer pages reflect the most current information, such as category style guides, pricing rules, and Taxonomy guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with others within and outside your job area.
  • Respond to constructive criticism and feedback professionally.
  • Thoroughly read all forms of communication pertaining to the department and take any necessary action.
  • Organize and keep all programs and software up to date.
  • Effectively multitask and organize your day according to required tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Problem solving, identification, and analysis skills, including the capability to routinely self-QA your work.
  • Attention to detail: knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work within provided instruction and time constraints without direct supervision.
  • Willingness to learn new processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues and task status; occasionally escalate issues and recommend solutions.
  • Capacity to learn, retain information, and understand and improve upon available resources.
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals via video, chat, email, or phone.
  • Demonstrates efficient organization and time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Nice to Have

  • One or more years of relative experience or intermediate competencies with Office 365, Excel, project management tools such as JIRA or Airtable, SQL, SSMS, and Photoshop.
