Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with leading machine learning and generative AI teams globally.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while establishing strong connections with both technical and business decision-makers.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices for generative AI and machine learning systems.
- Deliver product demonstrations of machine learning and large language model platforms to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead strategic business reviews alongside sales counterparts to assess customer success and progress.
- Coordinate with pre-sales engineering to identify and document client objectives and key performance indicators.
- Work closely with product and engineering departments to influence future product development priorities.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within current customer accounts.
