Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with leading machine learning and generative AI teams globally.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor while building strong relationships across business and engineering stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in generative AI and machine learning workflows.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations of machine learning and large language model platforms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead strategic business reviews alongside sales teams to assess customer success and goals.
- Coordinate with pre-sales engineering to define client objectives and key performance indicators.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to inform future development priorities.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within current customer accounts.
