Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementation from initial process setup to live, continuously improving production workflows.
- Achieve first measurable workflow performance gains within 90 days, with active improvement cycles visible to the customer.
- Deliver successful deployments across 3 to 5 customers within the first year.
- Contribute directly to product evolution by developing features, agents, and skill configurations through real-world use; fix bugs encountered during deployment.
- Enable broad organizational uptake by collaborating with both technical and business teams to transition pilots into sustainable operations.
- Operate at a deep technical level, including configuring workflow clusters, troubleshooting integrations, and creating custom agents when standard solutions fall short.
- Capture and formalize best practices as they emerge, accelerating future deployments through documented playbooks.
- Ensure smooth transitions by training customer teams to independently manage and act on workflow insights post-handover.
