Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with client teams to conduct process discovery through interviews, observation, and workflow analysis to uncover high-value automation opportunities
- Develop financial justifications for automation initiatives by quantifying current inefficiencies, projecting returns, and creating prioritized implementation roadmaps
- Design detailed future-state processes including workflow diagrams, decision rules, exception handling, human oversight points, and system integrations to guide development
- Work alongside AI Engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, validate outputs, and mediate trade-offs in clear, non-technical language
- Lead organizational change efforts including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training programs, and adoption monitoring
- Manage the full client relationship lifecycle, from scoping and expectation setting to progress reporting, issue resolution, and executive updates
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess performance, identify follow-up opportunities, and support expansion of AI solutions
- Develop internal assets such as standardized discovery methods, ROI calculators, workflow blueprints, and industry-specific guides to scale practice capabilities
