What You'll Do
Design and implement a structured approach to embed AI into core business functions, starting with targeted pilot areas and expanding across the organization. Partner with department leaders to pinpoint processes where AI can significantly improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance quality. Map existing workflows, establish performance baselines, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and practicality.
Develop clear, data-driven business cases for AI adoption, outlining expected outcomes, risks, and resource needs. Lead the deployment of AI tools and reengineer processes to fully integrate AI capabilities rather than simply automating outdated steps. Work across teams to ensure smooth implementation, proper training, and ongoing operational alignment.
Define consistent metrics to evaluate AI performance—such as error reduction, throughput gains, or labor efficiency—and build dashboards to monitor progress over time. Deliver measurable, sustained improvements in pilot areas, with documented results over a minimum six-month period. Report regularly to leadership on outcomes, challenges, and opportunities for scaling.
Create a reusable framework for assessing and rolling out AI solutions, including governance standards, internal playbooks, and training resources. Establish a formal process for capturing AI ideas company-wide and guide their evaluation and execution. Expand the program to new areas as results are validated.
