Responsibilities
- Deploy AI-based software solutions at customer sites
- Collaborate with clients to understand operational workflows
- Customize AI models to meet specific business requirements
- Troubleshoot integration issues across platforms
- Translate technical capabilities into client benefits
- Work with engineering teams to relay field feedback
- Support data pipeline configuration for AI systems
- Ensure deployed systems meet performance standards
- Assist in defining success metrics for AI implementations
- Document technical configurations and client setups
- Lead onboarding sessions for new deployments
- Monitor system performance post-deployment
- Coordinate updates and version upgrades with clients
- Gather requirements for edge case handling
- Provide input on product roadmap based on field experience
- Maintain secure and compliant deployment practices
- Diagnose real-time model inference issues
- Partner with data scientists on model tuning
- Optimize AI system behavior in live environments
- Communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
