Shae Group is looking for an AI-Native Copywriter & Conversion Specialist to translate strategy into persuasive, high-volume marketing assets. In this high-velocity commercial role, you'll use AI workflows to build full-funnel copy and support conversion optimization at scale.
What You'll Do
- Execute full funnel copy builds, including landing pages, sales pages, upsell/downsell funnels, onboarding sequences, and webinar/VSL scripts.
- Produce and maintain website and product messaging, including SEO landing pages and product positioning, ensuring brand voice continuity.
- Scale output using AI workflows: build and maintain prompt libraries, structure AI drafts, and reduce manual drafting time.
- Support conversion optimization by running A/B copy tests, refining hooks, headlines, and CTAs, and improving email engagement metrics.
- Integrate tightly with Funnel Design, Sales, and Product teams to speed up launches and ensure smooth handoffs.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level written English proficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in conversion copy, direct-response, or funnel copy for digital products.
- Demonstrated expertise with AI-first workflows, including prompt engineering and reusable prompts, leading to measurable speed improvements.
- Proven track record writing landing pages, email sequences, VSL/webinar scripts and experience operating inside funnel/CRM systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in health, wellness, or SaaS product verticals.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and A/B testing tools, and experience translating data into copy changes.
