Responsibilities
- Design measurement frameworks that use agentic decision-making, feedback loops, and probabilistic inference to automatically assess semiconductor performance at die, wafer, package, and board stages.
- Collaborate with the Lead Systems Engineer to embed smart control systems into the full AX-Measure platform architecture.
- Build active learning and Bayesian optimization algorithms to efficiently explore complex, high-dimensional parameter spaces for fast device characterization.
- Apply system identification methods and machine learning models informed by physical laws to improve measurement accuracy.
- Establish experimental procedures for emerging technologies—including qubit readout, RF linearity, and photonic systems—and translate them into automated agent-driven workflows.
- Develop pipelines that continuously compare live measurement outputs with simulation-based predictions.
- Design self-correcting protocols that automatically identify calibration shifts, detect instrument errors, and adapt measurement strategies in real time.
