Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist with deep fluency in AI-driven marketing to manage and scale campaigns across our portfolio of life sciences software solutions. This role demands a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments, balancing creative development with operational precision. You’ll be responsible for driving initiatives from concept to completion, using AI to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize digital advertising across LinkedIn, Google, email, and other B2B platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals with internal teams and stakeholders
- Develop marketing materials such as one-sheets, presentations, case studies, and web content
- Write and edit clear, professional copy for ads, landing pages, and sales support tools
- Translate complex technical information into accessible, compelling messaging
- Create visual assets for digital campaigns, events, and social media using design tools
- Ensure all materials align with brand standards and evolve them as needed
- Support event planning for trade shows, including logistics for booths, signage, and promotional items
- Lead pre- and post-event marketing efforts, including outreach and follow-up campaigns
- Maintain structured project plans, asset repositories, and campaign schedules
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Anticipate challenges, identify bottlenecks, and implement timely solutions
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in current AI marketing technologies and automation strategies
- 3–7 years of experience in generalist marketing, preferably in B2B tech or software services
- Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, brevity, and professionalism
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva for design work
- Proven track record in managing or supporting digital ad campaigns
- Highly organized with a detail-focused, process-oriented mindset
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Background
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research environments
- Familiarity with marketing to regulated or technical audiences
- Prior involvement in event or conference marketing initiatives
Technology Environment
You’ll work with AI-powered marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing systems.
