This role ensures a high-quality, engaging, and inclusive learning experience through live online instruction, learner support, and assessment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and deliver weekly live, synchronous online classes aligned to the programme curriculum.
- Facilitate regular live drop-in sessions to support learner questions and understanding.
- Guide and motivate learners through their learning journey using inclusive and engaging teaching approaches.
- Support social learning by actively contributing to and moderating online discussion forums.
- Ensure learner understanding of course content, key concepts, and practical applications.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on learner project submissions.
- Grade learner assessments in line with defined criteria and academic standards.
- Collaborate with senior tutors and delivery team members to ensure consistency of learner experience.
- Work closely with learner support teams to promote engagement, progression, and achievement.
