HighLevel is looking for an AI & Intellectual Property Counsel to provide specialized legal guidance on artificial intelligence development and intellectual property strategy. As a remote-first company, we are building a legal function that supports our innovative product teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide legal counsel on AI model development, training data, and deployment
- Manage and advise on all aspects of intellectual property, including patents and trademarks
- Draft and negotiate agreements related to technology, IP licensing, and partnerships
- Develop internal policies and training related to AI use and IP protection
- Assess legal risk and ensure compliance for AI-powered products
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- Significant experience providing legal counsel for AI/ML products and intellectual property
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex technology and licensing agreements
- Strong understanding of the legal landscape surrounding artificial intelligence
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and business teams
