The AI Evaluation & Annotation Specialist at Volga Partners plays a key role in training and refining Large Language Models (LLMs) by assessing AI-generated content for quality and accuracy. This is a structured, production-based position ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in consistent, instruction-driven environments.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated responses and rate them for clarity, correctness, and relevance
- Annotate and label content based on project-specific guidelines
- Follow detailed written instructions and apply them consistently
- Generate or evaluate prompts depending on assignment type
- Work with QA Leads to apply feedback and continuously improve task quality
- Report completed work daily and meet productivity and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Detail-oriented and enjoy accuracy-based work
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and apply them consistently
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Clear communication and professional response to feedback
- Availability during one of the specified shift windows (IST)
- Must be able to work one consecutive 8-hour shift or two 4-hour shifts within the allowed schedule
- Must not reside in any of the restricted countries

Compensation: $12.00 USD to $16.00 USD per hour. Only logged, approved hours are paid; no paid holidays or paid time off.
Work Mode
Fixed shift schedules: 06:30–15:30 IST OR 19:30–03:30 IST; option for one 8-hour shift or two 4-hour shifts within the window. Open to candidates in: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Mexico, Panama, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk), United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela. This role is not open to applicants in restricted countries.
