- Lead end-to-end deployment projects, guiding clients from initial planning through integration and into full production with clear performance results.
- Tailor and fine-tune system configurations to align with client-specific use cases, ensuring rapid delivery of tangible value.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, supporting clients in resolving observability and system reliability issues while establishing effective operational methods.
- Develop custom automation tools and scripts to integrate the platform across various code repositories, monitoring systems, and internal knowledge bases.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to convert client feedback into actionable product improvements and scalable best practices.
