HireHawk is looking for an AI Engineer - APIs & Automation to design, build, and optimize AI-powered solutions that drive operational efficiency. You will focus on API integrations, workflow automation, and implementing AI tools to streamline business processes.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate internal workflows.
- Integrate AI models such as LLMs and NLP tools into business processes.
- Develop custom AI applications to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Build and maintain API integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Connect AI services with CRM, marketing, and operational tools.
- Ensure secure and scalable API architecture.
- Monitor API performance and optimize reliability.
- Identify repetitive processes and design automation solutions.
- Implement workflow automation using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom scripts.
- Improve data flow between systems to reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to prioritize automation opportunities.
- Ensure secure handling of data across AI systems and integrations.
- Maintain documentation for APIs and automation processes.
- Follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment.
