Responsibilities
- Create and implement scalable applications and services powered by artificial intelligence.
- Turn unclear business requirements into solid, functional technical designs.
- Develop and manage backend infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and AI-driven workflows.
- Work jointly with frontend, backend, cloud, and AI teams to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
- Quickly build and refine prototypes for AI-based products and internal development tools.
- Participate in defining system architecture, engineering standards, and reusable design patterns.
- Guide less experienced engineers and promote technical skill development across the team.
- Lead efforts to enhance system scalability, reliability, speed, and developer efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals and project timelines.
- Assess and integrate new AI technologies, frameworks, and software engineering practices.
