Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related discipline
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools including TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Understanding of natural language processing and generative AI architectures
- Practical background using LangChain and LangGraph to develop platform-level services
- Proven track record building solutions with Agentic AI systems
- Familiarity with Google Cloud and Azure platforms, along with enterprise search technologies
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years working in AI development and real-world implementation
- Experience designing and refining prompts for AI models and managing AI governance frameworks
- Involvement in cloud-native and hybrid web application projects
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Clear and effective communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Adaptability to thrive in rapidly changing, high-velocity environments
