About the Role

This role is responsible for advancing AI adoption and field intelligence capabilities across project teams, ensuring scalable implementation, real-time data utilization, and enhanced decision-making in complex AEC environments.

Responsibilities

Guide the deployment of AI-driven tools and intelligence systems across field operations
Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for automation and data insights
Develop frameworks for collecting, analyzing, and applying field-generated data
Train technical and non-technical staff on AI tools and best practices
Monitor performance of AI implementations and recommend iterative improvements
Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and field personnel
Document use cases and success metrics for AI integration projects
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
Support the design of predictive analytics models for project outcomes
Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and refine AI solutions
Coordinate with IT and data science teams to align technical roadmaps
Translate business needs into technical requirements for AI development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements in the AEC industry
Drive change management initiatives related to new technology adoption
Optimize workflows using real-time field intelligence inputs

Nice to Have

Master’s degree in data science, engineering, or related discipline
Prior leadership role in AI or digital transformation initiatives
Experience with AEC-specific software platforms
Certification in project management or data science
Knowledge of computer vision applications in construction
Background in change management or organizational development
