Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop AI and Copilot use cases that align with strategic business goals, creating detailed proposals with clear value hypotheses and measurable success metrics.
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze business problems, workflows, processes, and decision points to identify areas where AI can enhance outcomes, efficiency, or customer experience.
- Create AI-enabled workflows, prompt patterns, user interactions, and human-in-the-loop models that prioritize safety, transparency, and user trust.
- Evaluate solution feasibility by assessing data readiness, technical constraints, ethical considerations, compliance requirements, and operational impacts.
- Map out end-to-end processes, decision points, data dependencies, and required human oversight.
- Assess feasibility, data readiness, ethical considerations, and AI-specific risks.
- Design AI-enabled workflows, prompts, and user experiences for Copilot scenarios.
- Assist in experimentation, prototyping, and defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with delivery teams.
- Ensure responsible AI principles (e.g., transparency, explainability, ISO42001) are integrated into all designs.
- Support experimentation and prototyping by defining MVP scope, evaluation criteria, testing parameters, and adoption-readiness indicators.
- Engage with colleagues to gather user perspectives, refine user needs, and ensure solutions address real operational challenges and behaviors.
- Embed responsible AI principles from the design stage, including explainability, traceability, fairness, appropriate safeguards, and risk-informed checks.
- Provide structured analysis to support business cases, investment decisions, risk assessments, and prioritization discussions at AI governance forums.
- Work with teams to ensure designs are implementable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Maintain a library of design artifacts, patterns, and reusable assets to support repeatability and enhance design maturity across the AI Foundry.
- Manage escalations and support the wider Data & AI Leadership team.
- Translate divisional priorities into plans and deliverables to achieve overall group strategic priorities.
- Build the capability and capacity of functional resources to drive sustained commercial success.
