As an AI & Automation Specialist, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of intelligent systems that power both internal efficiency and client success. You’ll take full ownership of technical workflows, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine automation processes using platforms such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, and Zapier
- Conduct system audits to improve performance, stability, and long-term scalability
- Connect disparate tools through APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations
- Design and manage CRM architectures, sales pipelines, and multi-stage operational workflows
- Build end-to-end automation solutions tailored to client business needs
- Create systems for lead capture, nurturing sequences, content distribution, and sales enablement
- Link critical business tools including CRMs, email services, calendars, payment gateways, and project management apps
- Diagnose and resolve issues in live automation environments
- Document processes clearly with SOPs, user manuals, and technical guides
- Explain technical concepts in accessible terms to non-technical collaborators
- Support clients and internal teams with troubleshooting and onboarding
- Contribute to training resources, scripts, and technical documentation
- Design automated onboarding, data handling, and operational systems that grow with the business
- Maintain the integrity and performance of core technical infrastructure
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently, securely, and with minimal technical debt
