The AI & Automation Specialist will play a key role in shaping the technical infrastructure at Huzzle by designing, building, and scaling intelligent automation systems. This high-ownership position works directly with founders and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that drive both internal efficiency and client outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and optimize automation workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Audit and improve existing systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
- Integrate platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- Develop and maintain CRM systems, pipelines, and multi-step workflows
- Architect end-to-end AI and automation systems for client businesses
- Build workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales processes
- Connect CRMs, email platforms, calendars, payment systems, and project management tools
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize deployed solutions
- Create clear SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation
- Translate technical concepts into simple explanations for non-technical stakeholders
- Provide technical support to clients, team members, and prospects
- Contribute to technical content (documentation, scripts, or training materials)
- Build scalable automation systems for onboarding, operations, and data management
- Own and maintain the company’s technical backbone
- Ensure all systems are robust, efficient, and scalable
