Jobgether is hiring an AI Automation Programmer to design, develop, and maintain automation and AI-driven tools that enhance team productivity. In this remote role based in Florida, you will streamline internal workflows by collaborating closely with departments like HR, Finance, and Operations to translate their requirements into effective technical specifications.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy automation scripts, bots, and AI-powered applications to reduce manual administrative workload.
- Integrate automation tools with internal systems such as HRIS, Cortex, Smartsheet, Deltek, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop AI solutions leveraging machine learning frameworks for document handling, reporting, and communication tasks.
- Partner with internal teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain and improve existing automation tools, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure employees can effectively use automation tools.
- Monitor tool usage, collect feedback, and implement enhancements to improve user experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–5+ years of programming experience, with a focus on automation and/or AI development.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages used for automation.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.) and relevant APIs.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, or Smartsheet automation.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical team members.
- Self-starter with curiosity for new technologies and continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality, and scalable solutions.
