About the Role

Konecranes is hiring an Agreement Sales Manager, Key Accounts to develop and expand large CARE and COMMITMENT agreements for corporate customers across the US. In this role, you will nurture key account relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through strategic agreement-based sales.

What You'll Do

  • Win strategic target Maintenance Agreements from a Defined Target List.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and account management teams.
  • Understand key accounts' business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each key account for long-term value and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key or corporate accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and optimize overall performance.
  • Analyze key account performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and key account metrics.
  • Work closely with sales, planning, and operations teams to ensure high service levels and customer retention.

What We're Looking For

  • High-level sales and account strategy skills.
  • Ideal candidate will be located in Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, or St. Louis - West.
  • This role is responsible for selling new service agreements to a dedicated list of 40 Key account targets.

This position has No Direct Reports.

  • Compensation: USD90,000 yearly

This is a remote position. Candidates should ideally be located in Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, or St. Louis - West.
