About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support negotiation of agreement terms within approved guidelines

  • Monitor agreement performance and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in sales planning and forecasting activities
  • Track and report on sales targets and conversion rates
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights
  • Assist in the development of sales tools and presentation materials
  • Engage in continuous learning about product updates and service offerings
