Bank of New Zealand is hiring an Agile Coaching Advisor to enhance business responsiveness and organizational effectiveness. In this enterprise-level role, you will partner with leadership to co-create sustainable change, employing relevant methodologies to facilitate transitions across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to catalyze sustainable change, evaluating organizational design, structure, and culture.
- Mentor and upskill team members from portfolio to team level, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Serve as a catalyst for transformational practices, promoting adaptability and responsiveness.
- Utilize enterprise operating models to develop and refine training materials and guidelines.
- Interface with all levels of leadership to support changes in process, practice, and tooling.
- Work with globally distributed teams to implement Lean, Agile, and Customer Centricity principles.
- Create a culture of shared best practices, address obstacles, and provide coaching at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a shared vision and set measurable goals aligned with customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in a technical or business-related area.
- 11+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong collaborative leadership skills with business and technology acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Change Management initiatives.
- Expertise in scaling practices and shifting from project to product-centric paradigms.
- Capacity to challenge assumptions and overcome resistance.
- Comprehensive experience in a variety of enterprise roles.
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks like the Scaled Agile Framework.
- Capable of evaluating organizational health metrics and disseminating data through visual management.
- Familiarity with organizational change management practices.
Nice to Have
- ICAgile Coaching Certification.
- Scrum, Kanban, or Scaling Frameworks (e.g., Scaled Agile Framework) certifications.
- Organizational Change Management Practices experience.
- Lean or Six Sigma Certification.
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification.
- Product Orientation and Product Coaching experience.
