Job Description
- Enable organizational agility by creating the conditions and alignment for change
- Collaborates negotiates and positively influences leadership and team members across all levels of the organization
- Become a consultant for individuals or organizations to remove organization/process blockers
- Creates and conducts coaching and training (Related to Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, etc)
- Implementation of Agile Framework in Organizations
- Able to showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Cadence
Qualifications
- Having 3-5 years of experience in scrum, kanban, and agile cadence
- All background, preferred has to background IT
- Tech Savvy
- Have a growth mindset and have a strong strategic and creative mind
- Having Agile certification is an advantage
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA, TRELLO, MIRO, CLOCKIFY, Google Workspace and Slack is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Comfortable with Hybrid working environment
- Live in Jabodetabek is preferable
